Porto de Galinhas is a beach located in the town of Ipojuca, Pernambuco, Brazil. It is a popular tourist spot, known for its clear-water beaches and natural pools. During the summer, this beach town is bustling with activity. There are numerous dining options, including local "churrascarias" (barbecue joints) and excellent seafood restaurants. There are also plenty of beach activities to enjoy in the area. Among these, you can visit the "piscinas naturais" on a jangada, a local raft tour that takes you to nearby reefs where the sea water forms natural ponds and you can see a variety of fish. If you're lucky, you might even witness a sea turtle birth during a full moon in the middle of summer.
